The only thing more fun than that is making my pretty things prettier with wrapping! I offer a gift wrap add-on to most items I sell. There is a fee depending on the size of the item ranging from $4 - $8. Just message me when you order and I can send you an invoice for wrapping if available. Please make sure to use your order number when making a request.
Shipping within the main US is free for all orders $35 or more!
If you are located outside of the US please email me with the items you are interested in for shipping fees. Fees vary greatly depending on items as well as destination. We ship all over the world! However we only offer international shipping through direct invoicing as these prices are constantly changing. Please email email@example.com for details. I ship through USPS. I find they are very quick and reliable in all areas we ship to. I provide you with a tracking number, and notify you when your items ship. All shipments are typically received in 2-3 business days, however sometimes mail is delayed and out of our control.
Packaging is done with a considerable amount of thought and care. I am a certified UPS packaging specialist. That shows through in my packaging. Your items will be protected from damage by reasonable force as well as water or weather. Prints ship in stay flat envelopes, everything else is shipped in padded mailers or boxes. Stay flats and small boxes are then shipped in water & tear resistant resistant bags.
All of my packaging is recyclable with the exception of the cellophane, they are simply biodegradable.

What I do offer customers outside of the US are quoted shipping fees and invoicing orders directly from the shop via email. Because shipping prices vary greatly depending on items purchased as well as destination, I ask that you please email me with the items you would like to purchase. From there I can quote shipping fees and invoice you directly from our shop.
With the amount of different items I offer the shipping times vary. Due to these variations you can find the shipping speeds of any item in its category's description, or in the item's own description. In general my shipping speeds are as follows:

Ready to Ship - These are items already created. These items typically arrive within 3-5 business days
Made to Order - These items are created after you purchase them. These items arrive within 3-5 business days from date of completion. Completion typically takes one week, depending on order volume. You will be alerted if shipping volume is unusually high and it would take longer than a week. You can also find updates on this via social media @SmartSassery. If an item typically takes longer than a week to create, it will be noted in the item's description.
Rush Options are always available via direct invoicing. Please email me for options.
First, I am so incredibly sorry for your predicament. Unfortunately I have absolutely no control over the package once I hand it to the US Postal Service. I do wish I could watch every little creation I send out into the world until it arrives safely. Please contact USPS to handle these situations. Please if you are having any trouble with USPS reach out and I will do my best to point you in the right direction. Please also remember I have no control. If your package is damaged, please keep all the original packaging and take pictures of the outside as well as the contents. USPS will ask for this when reporting the damaged item.
If you have purchased insurance for your package or had your package shipped via UPS and it arrives damaged please send me clear photos (not screenshots) of the package, the contents, and the shipping label. As the shipper I will take care of processing the damaged item for insurance.
I do understand some areas have problems with lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You can purchase insurance for your package if you have problems with mail in your area and are worried for the safety of your package. Please send me an email requesting insurance and I can send you an invoice.
If you would like it shipped via UPS so you may utilize an access point services via My Choice services or the standard $100 insurance please email me before placing your order. I will send you an invoice directly through my shop. Free shipping is not available via UPS.
I accept exchanges for non-custom items purchased within 30 days.
Please note I can only pay for return shipping on items with manufacturer's defects. I double check each and every order for quality and sign off on each one. So no worries, that never happens.
For items damaged during delivery please keep all packaging! This is very important as it is postal policy I cannot avoid.
I will offer exchanges for store credit within 30 days from purchase. You must ship the item back in it's original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for an RMA #. This must be written on the outside of the returned package or shipment will not be accepted. Thank you.

Everything in my shop is created with love and care from quality materials. These are handcrafted items so slight variations may occur as no one item is exactly like the other.
Custom orders and made to order items are made for you when your order is placed, and not refundable.
I do offer some items that are not completely handmade. These items include my clothing, notebooks, cups, mugs, and totes. These items are designed in house. I them use other US based small businesses to print these items for me. For that reason all of these items are made to order and non refundable. I know these items are a little more expensive. It is just really important to me to make sure the people that are making items from my shop are paid for their work and are working in conditions I know to be safe.
My accessories are made for adults. There is quite a bit of mature content in my shop. However many accessories may be used for ages youth to adult, depending on the size of your child. Please see sizing information in item descriptions.

Please note you must not have privacy settings restricting age, or country for me to be able to respond to you. You must also keep your profile active, as well as be available to receive messages. I will always respond to these posts. If I really love your photo I will post it in my feed for Instagram and/or use it on my website. Sometimes I share the whole post in my reviews section. Other times I will use them in my product images. Sometimes I will also share them to my stories or on my blog.
All of my items are professionally printed. All paper is acid free and I use pigments not dyes for a long lasting print. My larger prints are archival, which means this is the same quality as you would find in a museum or art gallery. This is not the Etsy level of "archival" that people try to sell you in stickers and bookmarks, because those are not archival. Many people use this as a buzzword to be found in search without fully realizing what it is. My larger items are archival with museum quality papers and pigments. My smaller prints (8x10 or smaller), stickers, bookmarks, and post cards are printed with the same archival pigments on acid free paper so they will last a great while.
No print can last forever, but responsible printing with love and care can make my prints last generations even when displayed and exposed to light. It means the world to me that you love my art. I want you to be able to enjoy it for as long as possible.
We are a high-risk household, so we are not allowing anyone into our home that does not live here. We are also not going out into public, at all. We have been in isolation since March 17, 2020. Orders are packaged inside our home. Even though we have been completely isolated, I am still disinfecting everything on a regular basis. I also package everything in packaging extremely easy to wipe down and sanitize before bringing it into your own home. This packaging is weather and dust resistant so it also helps keep the contents of your package safe during travel.
As you are probably already aware, I only source products from small businesses like myself here in the United States. It's very important to me that the people creating the items I need are treated well. During this pandemic many small businesses were forced to close their doors. Several of the products that I sourced are no longer available. I do apologize if some of your favorite items are no longer available. However there is a HUGE SALE going on right now for the items that have been discontinued.
Times are crazy right now and we are all stressed. So I'm also including free gifts with every purchase just to bring as many smiles as I can into this world right now.
I am doing my best to get every order out as soon as possible. Please understand there are many delays affecting USPS deliveries. You can keep up with the delivery schedule in your area through the USPS website. As stated before I am a high-risk individual so I am using the USPS pick up service when shipping packages. Package pickups are scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays. Sometimes a pickup is skipped if USPS does not have an adequate amount of drivers. I have absolutely no control over the United Stated Postal Service. All postal services have removed guaranteed delivery services for the foreseeable future.
You are given the ability to track every order that you place through my store. You will know when a shipping label is created and get a notification the exact moment it ships. You will also be updated to any changes in delivery as well as get additional notifications when it is out for delivery and when it has been delivered. You will never have to guess when an order might show up.
